The road to recovery may not be easy, but we believe that with the right support - and our personalised, flexible services - you can live the life you want.

Involvement

Involvement is about making sure the voices of people we support are heard and that their experiences and opinions are used to improve our overall service provision. Involvement is a key theme for our mental health services and at the heart of the support we provide. We have regular Involvement meetings across the country, where service users input into organisational developments and suggest areas of change. They have been instrumental in shaping our recovery agenda, developing policies, information guides, brand changes and service developments.

Recovery

We support those with a range of mental health conditions, dual diagnosis and other complex needs to live as independently as possible through a recovery-focused approach. We work with ImROC (Implementing Recovery through Organisational Change) to ensure that our processes and future vision are embracing the recovery principles of hope, control and opportunity. We want to put recovery at the heart of the services we provide. One of the ways we are achieving this is through our Recovery Involvement Charter, which was co-produced with the people we support and their staff teams from all over the country.

We have vast experience of supporting people with a range of complex, multiple needs, therefore if you require help for more than one issue please do get in contact. Please take a look at our Dual Diagnosis guide here for more information.
